How To Install Character Map,Disk Cleanup,Disk Fragment in server 2008 - R2
Open Server manager;
Go to Features Summary then click Add Features;
Select Desktop Experience, click Next and Install;
Reboot (duh!) as suggested;
You have Character Map in Accessories -> System Tools.
Open Server manager;
