[Windows 7,8] Disable UAC Notifications

 Same as under Vista, Window 7 ,8 comes with the UAC feature.

    A mechanism that will prompt you that an application/program requires administrator permissions to proceed.
    If you found this feature annoying, then you can disable it:
    To access UAC notification settings go to Start\Dicover Windows 7 ,8\ Change UAC settings.
    You shall get a slider which is by default set to notify you when a certain program try to make changes to the computer.    You can adjust the level or set it to the Never notify level (Disable option).
